Grab Connects is a trading brand operated by Corvidz Solutions (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. Corvidz Solutions (Pty) Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through our enquiry process.

2. Information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, the type of service you are interested in, the description of your idea or business challenge, your consent response, and the date and time of submission. Basic technical information may also be processed by the services used to display the website and form.
3. Why we use it
- To receive, assess and respond to your enquiry.
- To contact you about the opportunity, product or service you asked about.
- To prepare a proposed solution, next steps or quotation if you request one.
- To keep reasonable business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications.
4. Is providing information voluntary?
Contacting us is your choice. Some information is needed so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide a usable contact method, we may not be able to reply.
5. Where your information goes
Our enquiry flow currently uses Google Forms, Google Sheets and Gmail. Authorised people supporting Grab Connects may access relevant enquiries for business purposes. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Service providers may process or store information outside South Africa; we aim to use appropriate protections where applicable.
We do not sell enquiry information to third parties.
6. How long we keep information
We aim to keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal requirements. Records no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical precautions to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing. We will consider requests under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable law. You may also raise concerns with South Africa's Information Regulator.
9. Website links and updates
Our website links to third-party services, including Google Forms and WhatsApp, which have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice as our services or processes change; the date above will show when it was last revised.
